Join our dynamic data group to head and expand a group of talented product analysts. Your role will involve overseeing the entire product analytics group, which is the key drivers behind key data-driven product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: 

  • Oversee multiple product analyst teams, managing the flow and prioritization of tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage new analysts, providing mentorship and removing obstacles to enhance their impact on the business.

Strategic and Visionary Insight: 

  • Drive focus and efficiency within your team to generate meaningful insights that can be integrated into the product development process.
  • Define and standardize the structure and processes for the entire product analytics organization, setting a high bar for quality and effectiveness.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  •  Partner closely with the Growth an Core PMs and R&D teams to ensure insights and outcomes support ongoing product needs and maintain high analytical performance.
  • Gather and analyze diverse inputs to ensure your teams are always focused on high-impact projects.
  • Establishing clear guidelines for how analytics are conducted within the organization.
requirements
  • Analytical Expertise: You are well-versed in A/B testing, driven by hypotheses, and skilled at interpreting user behavior to tell compelling stories.
  • Leadership: You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of making independent decisions while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • Experience: You bring over 4 years of experience in leading analytics teams (experience in managing TL) and at least 6 years as a product analyst or in a similar role, with a proven record of success.
  • Team Orientation: You value teamwork and foster a positive organizational culture, with a focus on maintaining high standards of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Communication: You excel in communication, able to clearly articulate the reasoning behind strategic and tactical decisions. Your leadership motivates and inspires others.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and are adept at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps to drive quick decision-making.
