We seek a senior and experienced Product Leader to join the eToro Labs team in Copenhagen. Your role will primarily be centered around our non-custodial wallet and enabling eToro users to access new web3 products. Our mandate is to research and develop new products that advance the future of finance, and ensure that our clients enjoy access to cutting edge technologies. 

For this role, we are looking for an experienced individual, with a swiss-army knife mentality, and a very hands on work ethic. 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Product Vision: Define and communicate a long-term strategy for our crypto wallet, ensuring alignment with company objectives KPIs. Collaborate closely with local and global dev-teams to establish clear, achievable product requirements and to bridge communication between engineering and other departments.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends, assess customer needs, and analyze competitors. Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product improvements iteratively over time.
• User-Centric Design: Promote a user-first design approach by working with modern UX/UI principles and design to ensure an intuitive, secure wallet experience.
• Security and Compliance: Work with our in-house and external security specialists to meet our security standards and ensure compliance to relevant regulation (primarily MiCA).
• Customer Communication: Act as a product representative, engaging with users and the wider crypto community through various channels.

• Extensive Product Management: 5+ years managing product life cycles, ideally with experience launching fintech or crypto-related products.
• Experience managing large scale products in agile systems.
• ‘User-First’ Product Design: Expertise in UX/UI principles for non-custodial wallets with a focus on secure and user-friendly onboarding processes is appreciated. Ideally you’ll have a strong mentality for data-driven decision making and user-advocacy.
• Web3 knowledge and experience. Including: DeFi, staking, DAOs and decentralized protocols in general: Awareness of the integration, compliance and security challenges posed by DeFi services, staking, and DAOs.
