Operations Specialist (Back Office - Money In)

Responsibilities:

• Processing of clients bank transfers
• Conduct transaction monitoring to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Monitoring clients deposits and handling any issues
• Handle processing of compensations, bonuses, and adjustments
• Working in accordance to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments
• Keep accurate records of all transactions and related tasks
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Meet tight deadlines and achieve set targets
