We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic team player to join the OD and Learning team and take part in building, rolling out learning and development programs globally and cross organizational development initiates, explore and implement L&D best practices and deliver relevant solutions for the different departments.

Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment & Program Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, align programs with objectives, and develop blended learning solutions. Integrate innovative methodologies and leverage SME expertise.
- Leadership & Talent Development Programs: Design and implement leadership programs, partner with HR on talent plans, and research best practices.
- Program Facilitation & Management: Lead engaging training sessions, manage learning platforms, and oversee logistics.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors and manage relationships.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess program effectiveness, and stay updated on trends.
- Organizational Development & Continuous Listening Practices: Lead OD programs, translate survey insights into action, and promote data-driven approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven hands on experience in planning, executing and facilitating organizational development programs and learning solutions with various interfaces in a hyper-growth tech company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and in English
- Strong at driving different stakeholders to action, in a global, fast-paced environment
- Strong project management capabilities
- Fluent in English - written and verbal
- Masters's degree in a relevant field: Learning Technologies/Social Science/Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
- Experience working with AI tools and digital platforms (e.g., LMS, Artidulate, Synthesia, Retrain.AI, etc.)
- Strong Office / Google workspace skills, especially with Excel / Google sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
