Purchasing Specialist- Temp position

We are seeking a talented Purchasing Specialist to join our Finance team!

What you’ll be doing 

• Open and prepare purchase orders and follow up end to end 
• Handling all stages of the purchasing orders, from the moment the order is opened until it is approved. 
• Send purchase orders to vendors and follow up through the lead time and supply dates. ● Handling day to day invoicing: monitoring and uploading all invoices to our payment system and working closely with the accountant team. 
• Providing excellent service to multiple internal employees across all departments within the organization 
• Day to day vendor management as required 
• Ability to work fast along with detail-oriented skills. 
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently 

This position is temporary for one year.
