We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees ensuring that the correct working documents are in place
- Ensuring accurate input of employees data in the HR system in a timely manner
- Collaborate with employees and managers to foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in resolving workplace conflicts
- Partner with managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing expert guidance and support on employee growth initiatives
- Analyze onboarding surveys, and HR processes identifying actionable recommendations based on data
- Proactively work with HR Business Partners to identify opportunities for organizational improvement, implement innovative solutions, and continuously enhance the employee experience based on feedback and data analysis..
- Maintain HR programs and policies that are aligned with business strategy and drive organizational success. Ensure all HR processes are up-to-date, compliant with company standards, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management and employee engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
