We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Growth Manager to join our product צanagement team and play a key role in accelerating our growth through product-led strategies.
In this role, you will leverage Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles to lead our product user acquisition efforts. If you’re driven by impact, passionate about understanding users, and thrive at the intersection of data-driven analysis and creative problem-solving—we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Drive meaningful impact—everything else is a tool to get there.
- Lead end-to-end strategic growth initiatives with a primary focus on acquiring new investors to expand eToro’s user base.
- Collaborate closely with marketing dept. and other product teams to acquire new investors.
- Develop deep expertise in your domain: user behavior, quantitative data, market trends, and competitors.
- Conduct continuous discovery to identify the biggest opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses and MVPs based on discovery insights.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate or refine your hypotheses.
- Analyze performance, extract learnings, and iterate to improve results.
- Work with the product analytics team to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Lead a cross-functional squad to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management at a leading tech company.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C product management (or B2C-like companies) (must-have).
- Familiarity with marketing acquisition strategies and especially performance marketing.
- Strong UX understanding and deep user empathy.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of product growth theory and methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives through product-led strategies.
