What will you be doing?
As a Media Buyer at eToro, you’ll drive growth by building strong partnerships with top financial publishers and securing impactful ad placements. This role combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and relationship management to deliver exceptional results.
You’ll negotiate competitive deals, optimize campaigns to drive growth, and analyze performance data to uncover new opportunities. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you’ll play a key role in shaping eToro’s success in a fast-moving industry.

- Build Awesome Partnerships: Connect with top financial and investing publishers, onboard them, and keep the relationships thriving to showcase eToro across their platforms
- Drive Quality Traffic: Work with publishers to land prime ad spots that bring in new visitors and boost conversions
- Smart Negotiation: Secure the best deals on ad placements to maximize value and deliver exceptional results
- Share Insights and Optimize for Success: Dive into performance data to uncover actionable insights, and work closely with publishers to fine-tune strategies and drive the best results
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep tabs on industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and new publisher opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in media buying
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Monday.com, and Campaign Manager 360
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
