We’re looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and highly organized financial analyst to join our dynamic Finance department (Limassol, Cyprus).

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, risk, and compliance of all eToro trading operations. This position involves managing trade settlements, PnL, reconciling accounts, and supporting the front office with critical operational tasks.


What will you be doing?

  • Monitor and analyze trading costs with global liquidity providers for financial reporting purposes 
  • Monitor corporate actions, taxes, fees, and other income and costs associated with eToro trading activity  
  • Maintained accurate records of transactions, client data, and compliance documentation
  • Handling and supporting Digital wallet transfers and reconciliation 
  • Managing Digital Wallets' inventory and liquidity
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal and regulatory purposes 
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting by providing accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with front office, IT, and other departments to address operational issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in back-office operations within a financial services or online brokerage environment. (banks, investment houses, Fintechs, etc.)
  • + 3 years of experience in a financial department within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of trade settlement processes, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Diligent, precise, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knows how to dive deep and solve problems independently 
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who is willing to take the extra mile 
  • Highly skilled with Excel and managing large data sets - a MUST
  • Knowledge of SQL - a great advantage
