We're seeking a passionate, innovative and experienced Product Manager to join one of our core and most impacting teams of eToro Money, with a mission to shape the best experience for more than 33M users from 140 countries around the globe. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, transform banking and payments requirements into highly converting features, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new banking business models and scale our eToro Money product.
  • Act as your product domain's primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic plan through an agile workflow.
  • Lead the ideation, development and execution of product initiatives/features that drive engagement and differentiate our product.
  • Cooperate with our Analytics team to track user engagement metrics, analyze data, and optimize critical flows through A/B tests to increase conversion rates and overall growth.
  • Collaborate with Compliance officers, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and other business domains to identify new product opportunities as well as manage existing ones.
  • Work closely with the Engineering teams to implement new features and continuously improve the product.
  • Proactively identify and overcome project barriers, driving initiatives forward with leadership and passion.
  • Conduct data analysis and user research to gain insights into user behaviour, identify pain points, and develop data-driven solutions to help our customers win the markets.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience at leading tech companies (B2C and preferably on the Merchant side) in the Payment space / Banking Services (such as payment processing, digital wallets, and Card Schemes).
  • Experience with retail systems and modern payment technologies, such as credit and debit card processing, wallets, gift cards, all forms of payment authorization, and PCI security standards.
  • Understanding of multi-currency service capabilities for retail clients.
  • Understanding of Open Banking (AISP & PISP) and uses to improve users’ experience.
  • Familiarity with the payments landscape for EU (SEPA, SEPA instant & SEPA Credit), UK (Faster payment, DD and SO), Asia (Local online banking) and USA.
  • Familiarity with API infrastructure of PSP’s and Bank to create seamless integration with the eToro domain.
  • Strong ability to define KPIs and leverage data to track product performance and achieve business goals.
  • Successful track record of launching products on time and making an impact.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Exceptional UX skills and experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork across functions.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for technology, design, mobile, social, online trends, as well as the future of Fintech and disruptive products in the industry.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or a degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge, background and/or experience in trading.
  • Product experience with designing and launching consumer products.
