What will you be doing?

• Prepare daily client transactions reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
• Ensuring that all daily reconciling items as well as aged outstanding items are investigated and cleared
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies identified
• Providing accurate and timely daily, weekly monthly as well as any ad hoc reporting required
• Establishing and maintaining documented process/procedure manuals of all processes within the reconciliations function
• Identifying and escalating areas of risk or problems to Line Manager and/or Team Leader as deemed appropriate

• Basic accounting knowledge and experience in reconciliation procedures and general ledger systems
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast paced and changeable environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
• Fluency in English, verbal and writing
