We are excited to share that we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in London, UK.

What will you be doing?

  • Help develop and execute our social media content strategy, crafting engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Write and edit social media content, including posts, captions, and hashtags, that are both informative and entertaining.
  • Manage and grow our social media communities by interacting with our followers and fans, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring our online reputation.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and best practices, continuously improving our content and strategy based on the latest insights and data.
  • Manage ad-spend budgets set-up and optimize paid campaigns against set KPIs
  • Collaborate with our design team to create visually stunning social media assets that complement your written content.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our compliance teams to ensure all content is compliant, clear, and not misleading.
requirements
  • Experience or keen interest in Financial Markets – a must
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role with 2+ years’ experience
  • Highly proficient English writing skills. Copywriting experience is a significant advantage.
  • Editing skills with a keen eye for detail, e.g. ability to use basic creative tools such as Canva
  • A creative mind and a passion for storytelling.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to keep up with the latest trends and best practices.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Know-how with social media tools and up-to-date with best practices, including tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and optimization tools
  • Experience in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns against KPIs
  • Ability to analyze social media data and adjust content to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
