About the Role 

We are looking for a Learning Specialist to join our global L&D team.

As a Learning Specialist, you will work closely with the various teams across eToro to roll out departments’ learning programs as well as cross-company learning initiatives, to increase knowledge and skills and drive their professional development.

You will need to identify the teams’ learning needs and accommodate both macro and micro level learnings, deliver the training yourself (f2f / remote), but also help organize and monitor external training, online learning, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Work with managers to identify and assess teams’ skills gaps and build relevant learning solutions to address them
  • Locate and work with learning vendors to run learning plans
  • Design, lead and facilitate creative blended learning solutions top down and bottom up to enhance employees’ knowledge and skills e.g.: e-learning, courses, certifications, presentations, tutorials etc.
  • Work with SMEs to best utilize and share their knowledge and to build internal learning solutions 
  • Monitor, measure and assess the learning programs and activities
  • Manage learning platforms including the LMS: system admin, update materials, create content and learning paths, promote usage, monitor, run reports etc.
  • Work with the L&D and HR teams to drive a learning culture and adopt L&D best practices across the organization
  • Be constantly updated and apply Learning market trends and best practice
requirements


  • 4+ years of experience in adult learning/group facilitation 
  • Proven experience in developing learning methodologies from scratch
  • Experience in planning training and learning solutions at the macro and micro level
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills and strong project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and in English
  • Strong at driving different stakeholders to action, in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Learning Technologies/Social Science/Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
  • Digital platforms and tools savvy, previous experience working in an LMS/LXP environment - must
  • Strong Office / Google workspace skills, especially with Excel / Google sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
