What will you be doing?

  • Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience
requirements

Requirements:

  • Mother tongue level German and also have high level of English
  • 1-2 years of experience working in customer service
  • Have phenomenal inter-personal skills and service orientation
  •  Be a real team player
  • Have high motivation to succeed and contribute

 Advantage:

  • Have a basic understanding of the financial markets
