What will you be doing?

  • Be an effective bridge between the company and clients 
  • Provide first-level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail, and phone
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines
  • Keep the customer’s interest alongside the company’s requirements in mind at all times
  • Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication
  • Keep vigilance regarding the company's compliance with Cyprus and Global regulations
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience


Work days Monday- Friday 10-19

full proficiency in English - a Must

  • Full proficiency in native-level in French/ Italian- a Must
  • Additional languages such as English a Must
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Basic understanding of the financial markets
  • Service Orientation
  • Phenomenal interpersonal skills
  • High motivation to succeed and contribute
