What will you be doing?
- Manage end-to-end processes for hiring for different departments, both locally and globally.
- Conduct HR interviews to find the right candidates.
- Actively source candidates through various platforms and networks to ensure we attract the best talent.
- Use creative methods to find top talent and keep a strong pool of candidates.
- Ensure a great experience for candidates from the first contact to the final decision stage.
- Use data to find patterns and make better hiring and onboarding decisions.
- Help improve our talent and hiring processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially in startup tech companies.
- Experience in finding candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Skilled in conducting detailed behavioral interviews.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work independently.
