What will you be doing?

  • Manage end-to-end processes for hiring for different departments, both locally and globally.
  • Conduct HR interviews to find the right candidates.
  • Actively source candidates through various platforms and networks to ensure we attract the best talent.
  • Use creative methods to find top talent and keep a strong pool of candidates.
  • Ensure a great experience for candidates from the first contact to the final decision stage.
  • Use data to find patterns and make better hiring and onboarding decisions.
  • Help improve our talent and hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially in startup tech companies.
  • Experience in finding candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Skilled in conducting detailed behavioral interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work independently.
