About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will shape the learning experience for our Customer Support teams by:
- Developing people through impactful training programs that enhance skills, service, and performance.
- Owning and executing learning projects from planning and content creation to delivery, feedback, and refinement.
- Facilitating engaging training sessions for small and large audiences, ensuring knowledge retention and employee growth.
- Managing multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and structure.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to team leads, supporting agent development and performance.
What You'll Be Doing?
Develop & Deliver Training:
- Design and deliver structured training programs for new and existing employees using learning technologies to enhance engagement.
- Facilitate on-the-job training (OJT) and administer exams to assess employee readiness.
- Provide training on new product launches, service enhancements, and customer support domains to maintain high service standards.
Design & Manage Learning Projects:
- Own the training lifecycle—from planning and content creation to execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain learning materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Implement innovative training methodologies to boost engagement and retention.
Advisory & Collaboration:
- Partner with team leads and managers to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize training effectiveness and improve processes.
Continuously seek ways to enhance learning experiences and drive performance.
Requirements
- Experience in training within large, fast-paced organizations.
- Passion for people development, teaching, and creating impactful learning experiences.
- Proven ability to manage training projects end-to-end—from planning to execution and refinement.
- Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training content, leveraging learning technologies.
- Proactive leadership mindset, with the ability to drive training initiatives independently.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, engaging both small and large audiences.
- Data-driven approach to refine training programs and improve performance.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with learning technologies and digital training tools.
- Global experience working with international teams.
