As part of its ongoing commitment to offer all its users a broad variety of cryptoassets, eToro is happy to announce that it is launching a number of new tokens. Now available on the eToro investment platform are the following cryptoassets:
Ethereum Name Service (ENS) The Ethereum Name Service makes the blockchain easier to use by replacing long crypto addresses with short ENS domains such as “Alice.ETH”. ENS is the protocol’s native token and will be used to propose and vote on governance decisions.
Cronos (CRO): Cronos is a blockchain network that is interoperable with both Ethereum and Cosmos. It aims to help scale DeFi and Web3 by enabling developers to instantly port apps and assets between the two networks. CRO is the native token of Cronos and the Crypto.org Chain.
Kyber Network (KNC): Kyber Network is a tool that connects liquidity from different sources, enabling anyone to instantly swap tokens without an exchange. KNC, or Kyber Network Crystal, is an Ethereum token used for paying fees on Kyber Network.
Terra (LUNA): Terra is a blockchain platform focused on decentralized stablecoins. LUNA is the native asset of Terra, and is used for staking, governance, and collateral for the network’s algorithmic stablecoins.
The launch of ENS, CRO, LUNA, & KNC brings the total number of cryptoassets available on eToro to 62.
