While everyone is still talking about the Golden Globes, the Grammys and the upcoming Oscars, here at eToro we’ve started our own 2015 awards season with a bang.
Yes, while the internet was flipping out over Kanye West’s annual stage invasion, we’ve managed to snag two of the finance industry’s most prestigious awards: we were named Best of Show at FinovateEurope 2015 and one of FinTech’s top 50 hottest financial technology firms.
FinovateEurope 2015
Finovate is a tri-annual conference event inviting innovators in the financial sector from around the world to meet, mingle and inspire each other. At each conference, over 1,000 attendees are asked to vote for the companies and products they’ve found most appealing, to determine the winners of the Best of Show awards.
It therefore makes it that much more gratifying to win such a prestigious honor, knowing that we were selected as leaders in innovation by our industry peers.
This is the fifth time eToro wins Best of Show at Finnovate, and we intend to continue our streak in the years to come by never resting on our laurels and always pushing forward toward new and more innovative horizons!
FinTech 50
The FinTech 50 is an annual list of the year’s most buzzworthy and influential financial technology firms in Europe that are likely to be game-changers in the industry.
The list is compiled by a panel of expert judges from some of the world’s leading companies such as Google, Microsoft, American Express, Santander, Sillicon Valley Bank and more. A veritable financial tech dream team.
We are more than thrilled to yet again figure on this list in 2015, along with many of the world’s emerging financial technology innovators.
