Since its inception in 2004, the Vanguard Communication Services ETF, also known as VOX, has been managed by the Vanguard Group, one of the largest investment management firms in the world. Operating internationally and headquartered in Pennsylvania, the group has been in business since 1975. It enables investors to diversify their portfolios through a wide selection of investment instruments. This instrument is also available as a mutual fund.
