What Is Vanguard Mid-Cap ETF?
Vanguard Group is one of the largest investment management firms in the world with more than $6tn worth of client assets under management in 2020. With headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania, the group has been in business since 1975 and operates internationally. With a broad variety of investment instruments available, Vanguard Group enables investors to easily diversify their portfolios. The group has managed the Vanguard Mid-Cap ETF since 2004.

With the goal of tracking the performance of the CRSP US Mid Cap Index, this ETF attempts to match the investment return of mid-capitalisation stocks. Listed on the NYSE Arca, the Vanguard Mid-Cap ETF has been assigned the ticker VO. As of October 2020, this ETF showed a 1-year return of 11.14%.
