Texas Roadhouse, Inc. operates and franchises casual dining restaurants within the United States and internationally. Its portfolio includes Bubba's 33, Jaggers, and Texas Roadhouse branded restaurants. Founded in 1993, the company has its headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

Texas Roadhouse branded restaurants provide full-service casual dining. This restaurant's specialties include seasoned and aged steaks that are hand-cut and cooked to order, in addition to sides made from scratch. Bubba’s 33 branded restaurants are family friendly with a sports concept. This restaurant also features food made from scratch, alongside beer and signature drinks. The menu includes burgers, pizza, and wings alongside appetizers and dinner entrees. Jaggers branded restaurants specializes in fast-casual food, including burgers, chicken sandwiches, hand-breaded chicken tenders, and sauces made from scratch.
