What Is Toast Inc.?
Founded in 2011, Toast Inc is a US-based company offering an ‘all-in-one’, cloud-based technology platform for restaurants and hospitality services which allows them to take online orders, keep track of inventory, offer loyalty programs, as well as many other services. Toast Inc are headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with over 2000 employees, and their goal is to stay ahead of an ever-changing and developing hospitality world and use an integrated suite of apps in order to achieve this.

As of June 2021, Toast Inc has over 48,000 restaurants using their services and processing over $38 billion in gross payments. In September 2021, Toast Inc held an IPO, offering 21.7 million shares at $40 a share. The company was valued at approximately $20bn on floating and is listed on the NYSE under the ticker TOST.
