Scentre Group Ltd (SCG) is an Australian company headquartered in Sydney that has operations in the retail property space. SCG is primarily a real estate management company, and it manages the various aspects of shopping centre development. Its work extends to the design and construction of shopping centre complexes, as well as leasing, management, and marketing. Although SCG was founded in Australia and is headquartered there, it has operations throughout the US, the UK and New Zealand. The company’s history stretches back to 1979.

Scentre Group has a portfolio of 42 Westfield Living Centres which it operates across Australia and New Zealand and encompasses 12,000 outlets as of 2022. Scentre Group is the parent company of three Scentre Group Trusts, which have an extensive portfolio of properties each in their own right.

Scentre manages all aspects of its own portfolio, from design and construction to leasing, management, and marketing. Scentre Group Ltd trades under the SCG symbol and is currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The current SCG stock formation was established in 2014.
