Regency Centers Corp is a real estate investment trust (REIT) with its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, and offices around the US. The firm focuses on acquiring, operating, managing, and developing shopping centres and malls that incorporate a mix of retail stores, dining options, and leisure facilities. The firm has more than 400 locations, with over 54 million square feet of retail space, across the US. The trust was founded in 1963.

The firm owns properties in the majority of US states, with a high concentration of centres in Florida and along most of the East Coast. Regency Centers Corp properties include Palm Valley Marketplace, Shops at Arizona, Amerige Heights Town Center, Clayton Valley Shopping Center, French Valley Village Center, Hasley Canyon Village, and Spring Valley Shopping Center.
