PulteGroup, Inc. is a homebuilder operating within the United States. The company acquires and develops land and offers financial services to support homebuyers. Founded in 1950, PulteGroup has its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Formerly known as Pulte Homes, Inc., the company changed its name to PulteGroup, Inc. in March 2010. PulteGroup operates its business through two segments: Homebuilding and Financial Services. Through the Homebuilding segment, the company acquires and develops land within the United States for the construction of residential housing. PulteGroup's Financial Services segment handles mortgage banking, title, and insurance brokerage operations. The company operates its financial services offerings through Pulte Mortgage LLC and other subsidiaries.

Stock for PulteGroup is listed on the NYSE under the ticker PHM. Since the company's founding, PulteGroup has constructed over 750,000 homes within the United States. The company offers a variety of home designs, including single-family detached, townhouses, duplexes, and condominiums under the American West, Centex, Del Webb, DiVosta Homes, John Wieland Homes, Neighborhoods, and Pulte Homes brand names. PulteGroup offers a diversified range of housing options, targeting a broad selection of homebuyers from first-time buyers to homes for those in retirement. PulteGroup has a strategic relationship with Invitation Homes Inc. As of December 2021, PulteGroup is the third largest homebuilding company within the United States.
