Newegg Commerce Inc is an international specialist online retailer based in City of Industry, California. The firm has been in operation since 2001 and is the leading tech-focused e-commerce business in North America. The firm has a strong focus on selling technology-related products to a worldwide audience, with customers in Europe, South America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, as well as throughout North America, where it has a network of distribution facilities in both the US and Canada.

Newegg sells a range of PC components, consumer electronics, smart home technologies, and gaming products. The firm operates both as a B2B and B2C distributor, with an emphasis on customers building personal computers at home with the supply of necessary components and accessories. The online retailer also offers virtual reality devices, lifestyle electronics, and health and beauty technology. The Newegg e-commerce platform allows for third-party sellers and hosts the online stores of a variety of tech brands.

In 2016, the Chinese technology company Hangzhao Liaison Interactive Information Technology Co acquired a majority stake in Newegg in an investment deal valued at around $2.63bn. The firm is listed on the NASDAQ and trades under the ticker NEGG.
