Founded in 1976, Jack Henry & Associates Inc provides payment processing and technology services to businesses in the finance industry. Its corporate headquarters are located in Monett, Missouri. The company operates primarily in the US with one global division.

Jack Henry & Associates Inc has three divisions: Jack Henry Banking, Symitar, and ProfitStars. The Jack Henry Banking division provides small, mid-sized, and large banking institutions with integrated digital platforms, web-based tools, and other solutions to facilitate information processing and various transaction services. This division offers three core platforms for banking: SilverLake System, CIF 20/20, and Core Director. The Symitar division serves credit unions through its core data processing platform, Episys, and technology support products and services. ProfitStars, the company’s global division, serves the financial and corporate sectors through technology solutions in areas such as retail delivery, payment and lending systems, financial performance, information security and risk management, and online and mobile services.

Besides its primary products and services, the company also buys and resells various hardware systems such as scanners, servers, and workstations. In addition, it offers product implementation, education and training, and consulting services. Jack Henry & Associates Inc is listed on the NASDAQ, where it uses the ticker JKHY.
