JB Hi-Fi Limited operates through three business segments: JB Hi-Fi Australia, JB Hi-Fi New Zealand and The Good Guys. JB Hi-Fi offers a wide range of consumer electronics products and services, including televisions, computers, audio equipment, cameras, software, musical instruments, home appliances such as washers and dryers, small kitchen appliances and more. In addition to its other products, the company also offers mobile phones, headphones, collectibles, speakers, apparel, drones, smart and sport watches, wearables, heart-rate monitors and smart scales.

In addition to its retail products, JB Hi-Fi also offers information technology and consulting services. As of 30 June, 2021, the company offers its range of products through a network to branded retail stores that included 197 JB Hi-Fi/JB Hi-Fi Home stores in Australia, 105 The Good Guys stores in Australia and 14 JB Hi-Fi stores in New Zealand, in addition to online retail channels. Stock for JB Hi-Fi has been traded on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker JBH since November 2003.
