Formed in 1998, IDACORP has its headquarters in Boise, Idaho.
Created in 1916, Idaho Power Company provides clean electricity within a 24,000-square-mile service area that covers southern Idaho and eastern Oregon. The company provides service to more than 590,000 general business customers. Operating on Snake River and its tributaries, Idaho Power operates 17 hydropower plants. The company also manages three natural gas-fired power plants and has a partial interest in two coal-fired generating plants.
