What Is Home BancShares Inc/AR?
Home BancShares, Inc is the holding company for Centennial Bank, which provides both retail and commercial banking products and services. Founded in 1999, the company operates within the US and is headquartered in Conway, Arkansas. Over the years the group has acquired various banks in different areas of the US, including Twin City Bank, Old Southern Bank, Key West Bank and Gulf State Community Bank.

As of December 2021, the firm operates around 160 branch offices, including 76 branches in Arkansas, 78 branches in Florida, 5 branches in Alabama and 1 branch in New York City. The firm and its various subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the provision of commercial and retail banking, as well as related financial services, serving individuals, businesses, real estate developers, real estate investors and municipalities. Its banking products include checking, savings and money market accounts, loans, mortgages and related products and services.

The firm's loan portfolio comprises a mixture of residential mortgages, non-residential real estate and construction and land development loans, along with consumer, agricultural, commercial and industrial loans. Home BancShares is listed on the NYSE, where it trades under the HOMB ticker.
