Flex Ltd. is a multinational contract manufacturing company headquartered in Singapore. The firm was originally established in Silicon Valley, California, as Flextronics in 1969. Operating globally, Flex offers a range of services to businesses, including design engineering, manufacturing, and assembly. The company serves a number of industries such as healthcare, automotive, communications, precision plastics, automation and robotics, and cloud services.

The firm reaches its international customer base through a network of more than 100 locations across 30 countries in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. The Flex portfolio of customers includes Philips, Dyson, Johnson & Johnson, Xerox, Nokia, Ericssons, Fiat Chrysler, Ford, HP, and Bose. In addition to design and manufacturing, Flex offers value added fulfilment solutions, aftermarket returns and repair, and circular economy solutions.

The company has won numerous industry awards and accolades in various categories. In 2021, the firm took three Manufacturing Leadership Awards in Collaborative Innovation, Operational Excellence, and Enterprise Integration and Technology, and was named by Fortune as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies. In 2020, Flex won the Responsible Business Alliance Compass Award and the Intel Supplier Achievement Award. The firm trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker FLEX.
