What Is Elastic NV?
Elastic NV is a technology company providing cutting edge, open-source search solutions, known collectively as the Elastic Stack, or ELK Stack. The collection of innovative technology tools offered by Elastic include Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats and Logstash. The firm was founded in 2012 and is incorporated in the Netherlands. With dual corporate headquarters located in Amsterdam and California, Elastic NV serves the worldwide business community.

A variety of corporate customers use Elastic software solutions, including T-Mobile, Sky, Proctor & Gamble and Bayer AG. The company began trading on the NYSE in October 2018, under the ticker ESTC. The business raised $252m in the IPO, with the sale of seven million ordinary shares. Share prices almost doubled on the first day of trading, giving an implied valuation of at least $4.86bn.

The company has a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and is dedicated to supporting its customers in using the Elastic Stack to make the world a better place. The annual Elastic Search Awards were created to honour philanthropic, innovative and transformative Elastic Stack projects and the teams who implement them. The firm continues to see high growth levels, with income for the 12 months ending 30th April 2020 showing an increase of 57.41% over the previous 12 months.
