Brinker Intl. owns, operates, develops, and franchises casual dining restaurants. Operating internationally, the company has a portfolio of brands including Chili’s Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy, and the virtual brands It’s Just Wings and Maggiano’s Italian Classics. Founded in 1975, Brinker International has its headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Brinker Intl. operates its business through two segments: Chili’s and Maggiano’s. Through the Chili’s segment, the company manages its owned and franchised Chili’s restaurants, which provide full-service casual dining. The company's owned restaurants are primarily located within the United States and Canada, with franchised locations around the world. The Maggiano's segment manages owned and franchised Maggiano's restaurants. Brinker International's also invests in virtual brands, which offer restaurant-quality menus with items that are only available for purchase digitally.

Stock for Brinker Intl. is listed on the NYSE under the ticker EAT. As of September 2021, Brinker owns, operates, or franchises more than 1,648 restaurants in 29 countries and two US territories. On 3 September 2021, the company announced the acquisition of 23 Chili’s Grill & Bar restaurants located in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States from its franchisee of 37 years, Chesapeake Food Inc.
