Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. (CCU) operates as a diversified beverage company that operates primarily in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay. The company produces soft drinks, wine, water, nectar, and beer and distributes pisco. Founded in 1850, it has its headquarters in Santiago, Chile.

CCU operates its business through three segments, including Chile, International Business, and Wine. The company carries a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers, with Cristal being the primary brand in Chile. CCU also produces and distributes Heineken, Kunstmann, and Austral beers in Chile and distributes Sol and Budweiser beers. Operations within Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay are handled through the company's International Business segment. Through Vina San Pedro Tarapaca S.A. (VSPT), CCU also produces and markets wines for the domestic and export markets. In addition, the company produces a wide range of nectars, juices, carbonated soft drinks, waters, and instant powder drinks.

Available on the NYSE, Compania Cervecerias Unidas is listed under the ticker CCU. The company provides its products to a range of small- and medium-sized retail outlets, restaurants, hotels, bars, wholesalers, and supermarket chains. CCU also exports its products around the world. CCU is a subsidiary of Inversiones y Rentas S.A.
