The Chemours Company is an American chemical company that was founded in July 2015 as a spin-off from DuPont. It has its corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. The firm is engaged in supplying chemical solutions to a broad, worldwide customer base across various industries, including automotive, paints, plastics, electronics, construction, energy, and telecommunications.

The firm is focused on titanium technologies, fluoroproducts, and chemical solutions, and provides performance chemicals to businesses in locations across North and Latin America, the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The firm has technical centres and Research & Development facilities located at a number of production sites, including 9 standalone labs spread across major regions of the world. The firm works with a range of international strategic partners in China, Switzerland, the US, and other areas.

The company has a range of brands, including Opteon, which offers solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration, thermal management, foam blowing, and cleaning applications, Ti-Pure, which is the largest manufacturer of titanium dioxide products in the world, and Krytox, which makes lubricants for the automotive, chemical processing and semiconductor industries. The firm is listed on the NYSE under the stock ticker CC.
