Community Bank System Incorporated is the registered bank holding company for Community Bank N.A., its wholly owned subsidiary that provides financial and banking services to retail, commercial and municipal clients. Headquartered in DeWitt, New York, and founded in 1866, this US-based company operates in Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont and Massachusetts.

The bank manages more than 215 customer facilities that deliver full-service banking operations, such as checking and savings accounts, mortgage products, personal and business loans, lines of credit, overdrafts and credit cards. Its digital banking options include online and mobile banking, mobile deposits and wallets, online mortgage services and digital budgeting tools.

The firm’s other subsidiaries include Benefit Plans Administrative Services, Inc., which is engaged in the provision of retirement plan and fund administration, collective investment fund and other institutional trust services; and Community Bank Wealth Management, serving customers with a range of money management and trust services along with insurance products. In addition, the company operates Nottingham Advisors, Inc., an investment management firm based in Buffalo, New York; and OneGroup, an insurance and risk management agency. The firm trades on the NYSE, where it is listed under the CBU stock ticker.
