What Is ATI Physical Therapy Inc?
ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is a physical therapy provider for outpatients throughout the US. The company specialises in workplace health solutions, home health and sports medicine, as well as many speciality therapies.

Headquartered in Bolingbrook, Illinois and founded in 1996, the company has grown from a single clinic in Illinois to become the largest physical therapy company in the United States. As of June 2021, the company serves 400,000 patients a year across 25 states. ATI Physical Therapy, alongside providing face to face physical therapy, has also developed an app providing different treatment options and information for patients, as well as working with companies and their employees through programs such as ATIFirst, launched in 2018.

In June 2021, ATI Physical Therapy completed a merger with the SPAC Fortress Value Acquisition Corp. II,. The company is now trading as ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. on the NYSE under the ticker ATIP.
