Global-e Online, Ltd. operates a platform to enable direct-to-consumer cross-border ecommerce for merchants and shoppers. Operating internationally, the company was founded in 2013 and has headquarters in Petah Tikva, Israel.

Global-e Online held its IPO in May 2021, offering shares at $25 and raising $375m. For the purposes of the IPO, the company was valued at $3.56bn. Global-e Online maintains partnerships with many companies, including Facebook, PayPal, Shopify, PrestaShop, and DHL.
