CGI Inc. is an IT and business consulting services firm that operates internationally. The company aims to help accelerate returns on its client's IT and business investments. Founded in 1976, CGI has its headquarters in Montreal, Canada.

Formerly known as CGI Group Inc., the company changed its name to CGI Inc. in January 2019. CGI operates through geographically based segments, serving locations throughout Canada, Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia Pacific, Scandinavia, Finland, Poland, and the Baltics. The company's services include systems integration and consulting, the management of IT and business outsourcing, and the sale of software solutions. CGI also provides application development, testing, integration and maintenance, modernisation, and portfolio management services. IT infrastructure services, business consulting, and a suite of business process services tailored to address specific industry needs are also available.

Stock for CGI is listed on the NYSE under the ticker GIB. Subsidiaries of CGI include CGI IT UK Limited, CGI France SAS, CGI Federal Inc., and CGI Deutschland Ltd. & Co. On 6 December 2021, CGI announced reaching an agreement to acquire Unico, an Australia-based technology consultancy and systems integrator. The acquisition is expected to expand CGI's footprint in Australia.
