NOW Inc. is a global supplier of energy and industrial products, solutions, and engineered equipment packages. The firm is an oil and gas distributor, providing a range of equipment to the upstream, midstream, and downstream industrial markets. NOW Inc. serves an international customer base, spanning more than 20 countries, with a complementary suite of online channels as well. The firm was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Operating under the DistributionNOW and DNOW brands, the firm is a major distributor of goods and services within the energy and industrial sectors. The company also offers maintenance, repair, and operating supplies within the industry, including pipe, valves, pumps, fittings, and fasteners, as well as drilling equipment and safety supplies. The firm operates from approximately 245 locations across North America and overseas, serving a range of customers, including exploration and production companies, refineries, chemical companies, utilities, manufacturers, and engineering and construction companies.

The firm also offers warehouse and inventory management services, as well as supply chain management solutions for oil and gas drilling contractors. About 75% of the company's revenues are generated from within the US. The firm is listed on the NYSE under the stock ticker DNOW.
