In the supply chain support services sector, BXB specialises in the production and provision of supply chain platforms, including unit-load equipment, pallets, reusable crates and other specialised containers. BXB can trace its business history back to 1875. Its headquarters are currently located in Sydney, Australia, and it also has operations in the US, Canada, several European nations, South Africa and Mexico.

Brambles Ltd is currently listed under the ticker BXB on the ASX, and was first floated on the market in 1954. As of 2022, Brambles Ltd employs approximately 12,000 members of staff through its network of more than 750 call centres throughout the world. These operations take place in 60 countries across the globe.

BXB primarily engages in the provision of supply chain support services and operates through the following segments: CHEP Americas (Latin America and North America), CHEP EMEA, CHEP Asia-Pacific, IFCO, and Corporate. The IFCO segment includes the reusable crates pooling business, which operates under the IFCO brand.
