HR Generalist
***This is a replacement for maternity leave for 8-9 months

eToro is looking for a talented, passionate, hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team to support the Solution department (technology & product). As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for maintaining the internal data of the department, delivering high level HR service and HR solutions to managers and employees. Our ideal candidate will address the business challenges and needs, see the big picture, have excellent communication to interact with many internal interfaces within the HR department and cross organization.
Reports to Head of HR in solutions department
What you’ll be doing:
- Administer and manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide support to employees and managers in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Focal point to HRBP’s and employees on a daily basis.
- Handle HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, on going conversations with employees etc’
- Take part is Ah-hoc HR projects and on going HR projects
- Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
- Assisting in implementing organizational changes and HR initiatives
- Handle operational HR related tasks of the department. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure employees have access to relevant company information and resources
- Provide support to the HRBP in all stages of the recruiting process of internal mobility
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR processes.
- Understanding HR principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems, AI tools, and orientation to data. HR system & tools is an advantage.
- Solutions orientation balanced with a delivery focus.
- High level of English
