Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the technical direction of our front-end development, ensuring high-quality implementation and continuous improvement of our products. You will collaborate with multiple teams across various domains and drive innovation in our technology stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise the existing front-end implementations, identify weak areas, and suggest improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and implement complex features while maintaining high coding and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with back-end, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices, code reviews, and efficient development workflows.

Among Other Things, You’ll Do

  • Design, and develop complex front-end systems that align with business needs.
  • Lead design efforts, write technical design documents, and conduct design reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Solve technical challenges related to performance, fault tolerance, security, and live production stability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in front-end development with a Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Angular, React, Vue.js, and ES6+.
  • Deep understanding of front-end architectural patterns, microservices infrastructures, and component-based development.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with scalable and maintainable front-end systems.
  • Expertise in Angular and its ecosystem (NgRx, RxJS, etc.).
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and drive technical initiatives.
  • Proactive individual who takes initiative, pushes forward and strives to maximize their contributions

It Will Also Be a Big Advantage If You Have:

  • Experience in the Fintech domain.
  • Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or Native iOS/Android).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Mixpanel, Datadog.
  • Experience with high-performance, low-latency front-end applications and optimizing them for scalability.
