FAQ
Log in to the eToro Options app with your eToro credentials to fund your Options account. You can do this seamlessly by transferring money from your eToro investment account via the eToro Options deposit screen (under Settings > Deposit Money). You’ll also have the option to send a wire directly from your bank.
It’s worth noting that deposits can take 1-3 business days to clear. In the meantime, try our draft trading feature to get familiar with the eToro Options platform. For more information on funding your eToro Options account, click here.
After you’ve funded your account, you can search for your favourite publicly traded companies. Once you find one that you like, click trade.
Choose between a call, a put, or a spread. Then, pick an expiration date and strike price for that option. You’ll be presented with the available contracts and their ask price. When you find one you like, review all the relevant metrics, then swipe up to complete the trade. If you’re not ready to commit, you’ll also have the choice to save your contract as a draft trade.

Yes. New and existing eToro users will be able to log in with their eToro credentials.
eToro Options offers zero commission which means that no broker fee will be charged when trading options. Additional fees apply, including a low, set fee of $0.65 per contract. See full fee schedule here.
While there are options for many different price points on the platform, the average options trade amount is $350 for puts and $250 for calls on eToro Options. Remember that while you can potentially increase your upside with a higher trade amount, the associated risk will grow as well. Make sure to choose only an amount you’re comfortable with.
You can expect to see your $100 credit within 30 days from qualifying deposit. If you haven’t seen it after this amount of time, please contact our customer service team.
