We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Native Arabic speaker) to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Be an effective bridge between the company and clients 
  • Provide first-level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail, and phone
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines
  • Keep the customer’s interest alongside the company’s requirements in mind at all times
  • Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication
  • Keep vigilance regarding the company's compliance with Cyprus and Global regulations
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience


This is a shift-based full-time position

full proficiency in English - a Must
