Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product-led growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention with careful attention to ROI-based decision making principles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, product marketing and product analytics, to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Deliver product features from inception to production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery while demonstrating its impact.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, identify pain points, and develop data-driven solutions to help our customers win the markets.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize user flows and conversion rates.
- Together with the product analysis team, monitor key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-informed decisions that drive revenue & habit.
- Be customer obsessed, challenge everything, strive for perfection but know how to deliver on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Product-Led Growth to continuously improve our growth strategies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management from leading tech companies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in B2C or B2C like companies - must
- Experience in investing (job or personal life)- must
- Extensive experience in investing and/or day trading- advantage
- Experience in product growth job- advantage
- Strong UX understanding
- Proven & demonstrable track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives through product-led strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
